Dreyma AI Labs LLC ("we," "us") operates Dreyma Dream Guide (the "Service"), available at dreymadreamguide.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.

Dream and conversation content: the dream descriptions you share and the resulting conversation with your chosen avatar, including audio you speak during a session, so the Service can generate a spoken, lip-synced response.

Usage data: session length, avatar selected, and general product usage, used for billing (matching your plan's included conversation time) and to improve the Service.

Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record). We do not store your full card number ourselves.

How we use it

To operate the Service (generate interpretations, synthesize voice, animate your chosen avatar), to manage your account and subscription, to enforce plan usage limits, to respond to support requests, and to improve reliability and quality over time. We do not sell your personal information or dream content, and we do not use it to serve you advertising.

Third parties who process data on our behalf

Operating the Service requires sending parts of your conversation to the following sub-processors, solely to generate your interpretation and avatar response: Google (Gemini, for generating interpretations), ElevenLabs (for text-to-speech), and Simli (for avatar animation/lip-sync). Account data and subscription status are stored with our database and authentication provider. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms in addition to this policy.

Data retention

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward for legal, tax, and support purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support.dreymadreamguide@gmail.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and post material changes here.
