Free trial

Free trial accounts don't require a card and aren't billed, so there's nothing to refund during a trial.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll keep access to your plan's conversation time through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription payments are final. Because a conversation with an avatar draws on real, paid usage the moment it happens, we don't offer refunds for subscription time already used or for a change of mind.

The one exception: if you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a billing mistake, or a technical issue that kept you from using the Service at all — contact us at support.dreymadreamguide@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
