Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Dreyma Dream Guide (the "Service"), operated by Dreyma AI Labs LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Dreyma Dream Guide lets you describe a dream and talk it through with an AI-generated avatar (voice and animated face) that offers reflection and interpretation. Interpretations are generated by AI and are offered for entertainment, reflection, and self-exploration purposes only.

Not medical or mental health advice

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis or need support, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, currently Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Plan details (included conversation time, price) are shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to attempt to harm yourself or others, to abuse or overload the Service (including automated/bulk use outside your plan's normal usage), or to violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI content policy

The avatar's voice, face, and responses are generated automatically by AI in reaction to what you type or say. That output is variable and, despite our safeguards, may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — it reflects an automated system, not the views of Dreyma Labs L.L.C., and (as above) is never medical, psychological, or professional advice.

You agree not to use the Service, including the AI avatar and chat, to:

• generate, request, or share sexually explicit content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or other sexually explicit content;
• generate or share hate speech, or content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;
• generate instructions or material intended to facilitate serious harm, including weapons, violence, or self-harm;
• impersonate a real person, or use generated voice/video output to create misleading synthetic media for distribution outside the Service;
• attempt to bypass, manipulate, or "jailbreak" the AI to produce content that would otherwise violate these Terms; or
• otherwise generate or share unlawful content.

We may use automated filtering and/or human review of inputs and outputs to enforce this policy, and may block, remove, or restrict content or access that violates it. If an AI response seems to cross a line above, please report it to us at the contact address below so we can review it. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund, in addition to any other rights we have under these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreyma AI Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
